About the role:

We are looking for a seasoned leader to head our Professional Services Project Management team. This role will be responsible for leading a team of project managers who deliver high-quality, customized content solutions for our B2B clients. 

You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and scalability of our content customization projects. 

Requirements

What you'll do:

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of project managers 
  • Drive performance management, coaching, and career development 
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement 

Project Delivery Excellence:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of content customization projects 
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality 
  • Standardize project management frameworks, tools, and best practices 

Client Experience:

  • Act as an escalation point for key client engagements 
  • Partner with Client Success / Sales teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery 
  • Drive high client satisfaction and retention through consistent delivery excellence 

Operational Efficiency & Scale:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve productivity 
  • Implement automation and AI-driven solutions where possible (aligned with your broader org goals) 
  • Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning 

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Content, Product, Sales, and Support teams 
  • Ensure alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities 
  • Contribute to product and service improvements based on client feedback 

Metrics & Reporting:

  • Define and track KPIs such as delivery timelines, utilization, margin, and CSAT 
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on performance and risks 
  • Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement 

What we're looking for: 

  • 8–12+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in Professional Services or B2B environments 
  • 3–5+ years of experience leading and managing teams 
  • Strong experience managing complex, client-facing projects 
  • Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and scale delivery functions 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Mavenlink, etc.) 
  • Experience in content, learning, or digital solutions industries 
  • Exposure to AI/automation in project delivery workflows 
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, or similar certifications 
  • Experience working with global clients and distributed teams
