Westview International Language School is looking for We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Academic Dean to lead and oversee the academic vision, standards, and performance of the school.

Head of Department – Social Studies to join our academic team.

🔹 Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies, History, Geography, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.

* Previous HOD or academic leadership experience is preferred.

* Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment, and instructional practices.

* Experience with the American curriculum is highly preferred.

* Strong leadership and teacher mentoring skills.

* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural school environment
