These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Edtech.Careers, operated by Urple, LLC (“Urple,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing access, posting a job, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Edtech.Careers provides job discovery, career-profile, application-tracking, employer listing, and résumé-related tools. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, or comply with law.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity under your credentials. Provide information you are authorized to share and keep it current. You may not use the service to violate law, impersonate another person, scrape or harvest data, bypass access controls or payment gates, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, or infringe another person's rights.
Job listings and career decisions
Job listings may originate from employers or third-party sources and can change, expire, or contain errors. We do not guarantee that a listing is current, complete, available, suitable, or that you will receive an interview, offer, placement, or other outcome. You are responsible for reviewing the original listing, employer materials, and any terms that apply before applying or sharing information.
Profiles, résumés, and AI tools
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Urple permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the service, operate features you request, and enforce these Terms. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.
AI résumé and career tools may produce incomplete or inaccurate output. Review and edit all generated material before using it. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share, and do not rely on generated content as employment, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Memberships and payments
Pro membership and employer purchases are described at checkout. Subscription charges recur unless canceled before the next billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe and are also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy practices. To request cancellation help or ask a billing question, contact hello@urple.co. Refunds, if any, are handled as required by applicable law or the terms presented at checkout.
Employer responsibilities
Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and non-discriminatory nature of listings and for honoring applicable employment, privacy, and consumer-protection laws. A listing purchase or boost does not guarantee applicant volume, candidate quality, or a hiring outcome.
Our rights and intellectual property
The service, its design, software, and other materials supplied by Urple are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, we reserve all rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create competing services from the platform except where applicable law permits it.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Edtech.Careers is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urple will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the service is being misused, or we need to protect users or the service. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
